Our operators are working in uniform and using our own sign written cars or vans across the country and they already have to pass your ATM’s on the High street and around every town or city in the UK to clean the current ATM’s they are cleaning monthly, weekly and in some cases daily. Not only that we have our very own unique way of providing the evidence that the ATM’s are being cleaned when and how you require. Nearly all contractors lose a contract because they are unable to provide enough proof they are attending the ATM’s and actually completing the services they are being paid for. I have now solved this problem by designing, building and currently using for a number of clients a brand new way of cleaning an ATM with a fully automated, audited and paper free system.

This new system can be seen by anyone with a username and password from any computer with internet access around the world. For each and every ATM cleaned, you will be able to view it from the comfort of your desk without having to drive to each location. This means you can decide on any aspect of the machine at your office.

For each machine cleaned, our system records data for each and every visit made to that site. You will be able to see a time and date records of every time any operators has attended with the predicted next clean date, This means if you have a problem with your machine you wouldn’t need to inform us if we are due to attend within the next three days. The machines faults are listed with a pie chart to show its most common fault so you can decide if the machines need cleaning more or less often.
